Spencer Grossman joined the Retail Services Group of NAI/Merin Hunter Codman in 2010.

Mr. Grossman is known for his keen ability to understand both market dynamics and key financial drivers. He has completed over $165 million in leasing and sales transactions from 2004-2009.

 

Prior to joining NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Mr. Grossman spent several years working at Marcus and Millichap and then American Commercial Realty where he oversaw an approximately 1M SF portfolio of retail and office assets.

Mr. Grossman is a graduate of Pine Crest School in Ft. Lauderdale and received his B.A. in International Business and Management from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
